- Main building (32,500 sqm): excavation, structural work, finishing, and facade installation for the hotel's core facilities, including: 172 rooms and 17 suites, Restaurants and ballrooms and Main hotel services
- Parking area (6,000 sqm)
- Utilities infrastructure: substation, gas and fuel storage
- Beach and external development (14,000 sqm): including soft and hard landscaping, paving, swimming pools, pergolas, external services, and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 400 persons.
